Who this privacy policy covers and when it starts
This policy explains what Next Century Gadgetry LLC learns about you through this website and through phone calls about appliance repair, and what we do with it. It applies to visitors of this site and to people who call us for service anywhere in our New Mexico and Colorado coverage area.
This policy is effective October 16, 2026. We keep it short because there is not much to tell: the site collects very little, and most of what we know about you comes from what you say on the phone.
Nothing on this site asks you to type in personal details
There are no accounts, logins, sign-ups or boxes on this website where you enter your name, address or anything else about yourself. You can read every page without telling us who you are. The only way to request a repair is to call us, so the site itself never gathers your personal information through anything you type.
What you tell us on the phone and how we use it
When you call, we ask for the details needed to fix your appliance: your name, the service address, a phone number to reach you on the day of the visit, and the appliance details, such as the brand, model number, fuel type and what it's doing. You decide how much to share beyond that.
We use those details to schedule the visit, look up parts that fit your model, send a tech to the right address and keep a record of the repair. That record helps if the same appliance acts up again or if you need to show a manufacturer what was replaced. We don't use your information for anything unrelated to your service.
Server logs kept when you load a page
Like nearly every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard logs. A log entry can include your IP address, the browser and device type, the page you requested, the page that linked you here and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running, spot errors and block abuse, and they are not used to build a profile of you.
Typefaces from Google Fonts and the click-to-load map
The typefaces on this site load from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser details, as it would for any site that uses its font service. Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that request.
The map on our contact page does not load on its own. It stays blank until you click it, and only then does your browser contact Google Maps. If you never click the map, no request goes to Google Maps from that page.
No advertising trackers, no analytics, no data sales
This site runs no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no social media pixels. We don't follow you around the web, and we don't build marketing lists from your visit.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. Details you give us on the phone stay with us and are used only to do your repair, unless the law requires us to disclose them.
Questions about your information go to our phone line
If you want to know what we have on file about you, want a detail corrected or want your service record removed where we're allowed to remove it, call us. Our phones are answered at all hours, and the person who picks up can note your request and make sure it reaches the right place. If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of the page.
